Seattle real estate news for December

Though 2020 has been a tough year, I feel incredibly lucky to have (distantly) shared it with so many of you who made moves this year.

COVID forced us all to think about the places we call home, and in many cases, spurred folks to try something new. Here are a few of our clients' stories from 2020...

After months of searching and tough bidding wars, we found a fantastic home in West Seattle for a first-time-homebuyer client (and courageous front-line worker).
We helped our friends' parents from Montana find a walkable home where they can spend the Golden Years near their (very cute) grandkids.
We helped close personal friends purchase their forever home near family in Redmond, and (this part is bittersweet) sell their West Seattle home. They moved to West Seattle the same year that Ash and I bought our first home nearby.
We helped new clients purchase a log cabin in Lake Cushman; what a learning experience!
We listed and sold our friends' gorgeous Phinney Ridge home and found them a new project in Normandy Park with fantastic views of Puget Sound.
We assisted at least five clients whom we never met with in-person during their purchase or sale.
One of our clients bought a unique townhome with a small commercial space in front. That space is now a tattoo studio and that couple just welcomed their first baby!
We listed and sold a home for clients who moved to Canada!

These are just a few of the stories that Bryan and I watched unfold this year. We can't thank you enough for letting us be part of these huge, exciting, daunting changes.
