Wrapping up 2018

Every client has a unique story

Some of my clients bought their first home in 2018; others may have bought their last! Each person’s story is unique. Getting to know your story is one of the most important—and rewarding—parts of my job.

I helped two friends from my grade school days make "move-up" purchases with what will soon be their own elementary-school-aged children!

I made my debut sale in Port Orchard representing a loyal past client who was ready for a change of scenery, leaving behind Queen Anne and getting an incredible new construction home with a view of the Seattle skyline…just a short ferry ride away!

I helped a former tennis pupil's family (I used to be a coach) buy an investment property in West Seattle.

I helped a college friend purchase a home right next door to his in-laws (god bless him!) and sell his first home…a contingent offer success story!

My wife and I sold our own home this year (very bittersweet) and returned to West Seattle, where we bought a house we initially found on Craigslist of all places!

I helped an investor purchase a charming Ravenna craftsman with huge upside potential. He may develop the property down the road by building townhomes on the site.

I showed dozens and dozens of homes to first-time buyers in West Seattle, who ultimately found their dream home after the market shifted in their favor this fall. They started their search imagining themselves in a fixer, but ended up with a move-in-ready view home!

I helped a pilot buy a fantastic view property within his hoped-for 20-minute commute time to SeaTac Airport! Our search took us from dilapidated waterfront properties, to wacky treehouses, to a turn-key mid-century home in Renton (which we got!).

I loved getting to know your stories in 2018. Thanks for letting me be part of it! To everyone who referred your friends and co-workers to me, thank you! I don't advertise because I want to maintain a simple, small business and keep my focus on you.

If you're planning a change in 2019, now is a great time to get in touch and start the conversation!

Best,
Chad
